Exchange Policy

Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return

After the returned item has been received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit (where applicable)
Please note that shipping fees and customs charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by the seller.
